A polished 14k gold capsule frame is fully finished on both front and back. Each face is divided into two halves, one pavé-set with lab-grown diamonds and the other inlaid with lustrous mother of pearl. The two sections invert position from front to back. The pill-shaped silhouette is clean and architectural, suspended from a chunky round bail. Available in white or gray mother of pearl, paired with yellow, white, or rose gold.
