Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date on which payment has been received.

Shipping within the US

We offer the following shipping options within the US:

(i)    Standard Shipping: Your order will be shipped via express shipping at a fee calculated at the end of the checkout process.

(ii)    Expedited Shipping: Expedited orders are shipped via next-day delivery service at a rate calculated at the end of the checkout process.

Shipping Internationally

Please be advised that you bear full responsibility for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges resulting from international shipping. These charges are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of the destination country and they depend on a number of factors, such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.

Information Required for Delivery

We do not deliver to incomplete addresses, P.O. boxes or any other type of lockbox. In order to ensure prompt delivery of your order, please provide, during the checkout process, the first and last name of the intended recipient followed by a complete street address, city, country, and a reliable phone number. If you place an order using a P.O. box or an incomplete name and/or address, a member of our Customer Support team will contact you via email in order to obtain the additional information required to complete the delivery of your order. If we are unable to obtain the information required for delivery within 48 hours from the date of our email seeking such information, we will have no choice but to cancel your order.

Fraud Prevention

In order to reduce the chance of a fraudulent purchase on your credit card, a member of our fraud
prevention team may reach out to you or your credit card company in order to verify your purchase. In the event that this occurs, the shipment of your order may be delayed by additional business days so that we may complete the verification process.

Returns (US only)

Customers in the US only are able to exchange or return illi products.

Unfortunately, these options are not available to customers elsewhere. We are working to make these options available to our worldwide customers and we will update our policy once a change is made.

For US-based customers only: You may exchange or return your order in its original condition within 20 days from the date on which your order was delivered to you. You will receive either a replacement piece or a full refund, as the case may be.

Requirements for Returns and Exchanges

illi products must be returned in their original condition with the security seal not voided. The security seal must not be tampered with.

All the following must be returned with the illi piece and must be in their original place and condition: protective materials and tags, stickers, and original delivery packaging and box. illi shall not be obligated to accept your return and request for an exchange or to refund the amount paid for such product if:

(i)     the security seal attached to the product that you are returning has been tampered with or removed or torn;

(ii)     the product that you are returning is not packaged in the illi protective pouch and box with all original delivery packaging;

(iii)     the product that you are returning shows any signs of wear or use; or

(iv)     the product that you are returning has been altered in any way from its original condition.

Initiating Returns and Exchanges

You may initiate your return or exchange and obtain a return label by contacting Customer Support by email at hello@illi-collection.com.

Insurance

Your illi piece is insured against loss while in transit to you. Once the package has been delivered, the jewelry is deemed to be the responsibility of the recipient and all insurance protection provided by illi Collection LLC during transit ceases.
