About Goddess Anahita

Hailed as the goddess of water, it is said that Anahita controls the flow of the Heavenly River that provides water to all rivers and streams on earth. According to beliefs in the ancient world, Aban (the Waters) was the second of the seven creations of the material universe and forms the half of all material things. Ruling over this divine creation, Anahita provides wisdom and healing through the rejuvenating power of water. She is free in form and pure in spirit.
